SOLTRA achieves production of its 300 machine in Denmark
It has been 4 months since SOLTRA started its activity on Danish lands with Vestas.
As of today there are 15 Spaniards and 35 Danes who work day by day in the assembly of components as a vestas subcontractor. SOLTRA has created a plant similar to that of Villadangos (León) where it hires Danish people with different capacities, following the model that since years has been established in León in its commitment to inclusion.
The plant is located in the town of Ringkobin-Skjern on the west coast of Denmark, being one of the main logistics nodes of the country.
It manufactures and assembles components for the wind sector. The arrival to the production of the 300th machine has been a source of joy among all the company’s staff and an incentive to continue the important social work that this company develops.
Work is currently underway on new manufacturing models, which will mean hiring more staff and expanding facilities.
