On October 19, a presentation day of the Langtidsrask Project took place at SOLTRA APS headquarters in Tim, Denmark.

It is a programme to prevent sick leave in the municipality of Ringk-bing-Skjern. Through this project, employees, trade union representatives and employers can get help to prevent sick leave or make the necessary period of absence as short as possible.

The municipal project has existed since February 2018 and has proven to be a good initiative, having a very positive response from both the companies and the staff that have already participated. For this reason it has been decided to expand the offer to more companies and for longer.

SOLTRA, being one of the companies that collaborate on the project, gives its employees the opportunity to easily and quickly access information on how to achieve a better work-life balance.

The presentation was attended by Christina van Diemen, Connie Klindt and Louise Lassesen de Langtidsrask.
