Visit of Ringkøbing-Skjern community to SOLTRA facilities in Denmark

A few days ago, at SOLTRA Denmark we received a visit from Henrik Juul Kjær, head of the Department of Invalidity and Psychiatry of the Community of Ringkøbing-Skjern, Kristian Andersen, Deputy Mayor of Ringkøbing-Skjern and Chairman of the Employment Committee and Kim Ulv Helleland Christensen, head of the Employment and Citizenship Services Department of the Community of Ringkøbing-Skjern. They were accompanied by Seda Dodurga, project manager in the Employment Department.

The purpose of the visit was to present the new corporate social responsibility proposal, a project of which the Community of Ringkøbing-Skjern and our company are part.

An important facet of this project is the approach given to the citizens of a new target group of the Department of Disability and Psychiatry. The aim is to increase the number of citizens of this group in jobs in the Community.

Our colleague, Karsten Mikkelsen, accompanied them during the visit and showed them all the activities we carry out at SOLTRA that are part of the work of inclusion in the labour market of these citizens.

During the meeting it was reported how this group can be promoted in the labor area since SOLTRA has extensive experience in Spain. Other aspects were also touched on, such as the improvement of ergonomics in the workplace as well as the knowledge about the infrastructure and means of assembly that SOLTRA currently has in Denmark to accommodate these new workers.
